Damage policy

At Brown Bear Bakers, we strive to ensure that your cake arrives in perfect condition. If, despite our best efforts, your cake is damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Please provide us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged cake

Once we have received this information, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action. If the damage is determined to be our fault, we will provide you with a voucher for a future purchase or a complimentary replacement cake, subject to availability. We aim to process refunds within 7 working days, and our customer care department will notify you once this is done.

Please note:

  • Claims for damaged cakes must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to support your claim.
