No exchange policy
No Return, Exchange, or Cancellation Policy
At Brown Bear Bakers, we take great pride in delivering fresh, handcrafted cakes directly to your doorstep. As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once the order has been delivered.
Additionally, please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. We recommend carefully reviewing your order details, including delivery date, time, and cake selection, before finalizing your purchase.
Our team ensures that every cake is made with the utmost care and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to address any concerns.
Damage Policy
At Brown Bear Bakers, we strive to ensure that your cake arrives in perfect condition. If, despite our best efforts, your cake is damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately.
